REFORMATION OF A FORMER TOOL FACTORY

Reformation of a former tool factory, which was part of a Baildon Steelworks established by John Baildon in Katowice in 1823.

KATOWICE, POLAND

Photos above of internal and external views before reformation began.

The new owner of the building wanted to turn this space into a working office building.

Today there are now 2 floors of modern offices, numerous conference rooms and a call centre accommodating 500 staff.

Every element and detail of this 5000 sqm (53819 sq feet) space was designed individually and also fully adapted to provide access for disabled personnel.

Photos below are showing internal view of completed project.
